The following ‘TERMS and CONDITIONS’ are the site’s basic rules and regulations as well as your responsibilities. Please read carefully to understand what we expect from you while you are using the site and to make sure that you are not terminated from our site do to misunderstood site protocol. Thank You!
TERMS of USE STATEMENT:
You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, tangible or intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use. TERMINATION OF USAGE:
We may terminate or suspend your access or your right to access all or part of the site, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole determination, believe is in violation of any applicable law, is in breach of these ‘Terms and Conditions’ or is harmful to the interests of other users. RETURN / REFUND POLICIES:
(Defective Product Returns)
Products that are found to be defective can be returned for replacement or credit for the purchase of other products for up to 90 days after the date of the invoice. If a product has a longer warranty period it will be indicated in the product description on our web site. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (contact us for an RMA#).
Please TEST the product(s) before returning it to us. Many items shipped back to us as defective work fine; some after doing something as simple as putting in new batteries. If an item is returned to us and found to be in working order, the customer will have to pay return shipping charges. Also, the item MUST NOT show signs of abuse or misuse and all parts, instructions and accessories must be included in order to receive a full credit.
(Exchanges)
We will accept a product back for exchange (credit toward the purchase of other products) within 30 days after the date of the invoice with a 20% exchange fee. Please note that this does not apply to all products. Certain items cannot be exchanged or taken back (such as an item that has been discontinued). Call first before shipping the product back to receive an RMA number and to make sure the product is eligible for a credit.
Each product Returned for Exchange MUST be in its original condition and ready to go back on the shelf or a higher fee may be applied. This includes the item and its packaging. For example, make sure that there are no price stickers (or residue from where they have been removed), or tags on the unit or the packaging. All exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (contact us for an RMA #). The cost to ship the product back to the manufacturer is to be PAID by the Customer. For your protection we recommend that the product is shipped with tracking information and insurance. If it is sent by postal service, use delivery confirmation and insure the package. If going by UPS use regular ground service. Insurance is not needed unless the shipment exceeds $100 in value. The cost to ship the new product(s) will also be PAID by the Customer. (TOP)
UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Completely Stunned prefers to keep your personal information (i.e. – billing address, shipping address, phone number, email, etc.) up-to-date. This keeps correspondence from being disrupted or shipping of product(s) from being delivered to previous addresses. Once you have created an account with us you can update your information by signing into your account.
Please make sure to update any relevant information if there has been any recent purchase(s) from our site. (TOP)
USAGE by MINORS:
This site is not directed to or intended for minors (typically people under the age of 18, depending on where you live). We cannot prohibit minors from viewing, accessing, browsing, or using the site, we must rely upon parents, guardians and those responsible for supervising minors to be in control of which materials and/or items are appropriate for minors to view and/or purchase. By creating an account with this site, purchasing products from us or providing us with any information, you are telling us that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding contract (18 years of age or older in most jurisdictions).
We require that all purchases be made by individuals who are not minors and who can legally enter into binding contracts (typically persons 18 years of age or older, depending on where you live). (TOP)
PRICES and AVAILABILITY of PRODUCTS:
Prices and availability of products on this site are subject to change without notice. Whenever errors are found they will be corrected as soon as possible. We strive to be meticulous in the all of the details of the site and to have everything correct but it is possible that there may be text or pricing misprints from time-to-time. We normally verify our product prices when processing an order. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price listed on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you before sending the product out, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under NO Obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation or a Shipping Confirmation.
Rarely, will we have products that are available for order that are out-of-stock or unavailable. Your order will be cancelled due to ‘unavailability’ of a product and we will contact you when there is an ‘out-of-stock’ issue to see what you would like us to do.
On very rare occasions, you may receive a Shipping Confirmation from us, but the product is no longer available. When you purchase a product from this site you agree that we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty if we are unable to ship the product you ordered due to unavailability. HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER:
Currently we only ACCEPT Major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Once you are ready to purchase your amazing stunning device, case, battery, or accessory 'ADD the Item To the CART' and then check-out. Enter all the required information, enter your credit card information, and submit it to us.
You will automatically receive a confirmation email after your order has been completed. Once all your information has been verified, we will submit your order to our warehouse for shipping. Once your order has been shipped out we will send you an email to inform you of its status.
NOTE: You agree that your payment will be charged on the date of the
order and not on the date of shipping. (TOP)
SHIPPING:
Shipping is a Flat Rate to make it easier for our customers to know the final price without having to go and calculate it for every possible purchase. We will always try to ship out individual packages together, whenever possible, so that they arrive at the same time.
We will send you a shipping confirmation when your item leaves the warehouse. In the instance that you have bought multiple items from our site, the initial shipping confirmation marks the time when shipping has commenced; it does not mean that all items in the order have shipped at that time. Some items may not be available at the same time and will be shipped in the near future.
Your package(s) will normally be shipped out within 24-48 business hrs. The time it takes for your package to reach its destination will depend upon where you are located. RISK of LOSS:
All items purchased from Completely Stunned are made in accordance to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of losses for such items pass to you upon receipt of the item to the carrier. (TOP)
DELIVERY TIMES:
Completely Stunned will try to get your order processed and shipped within 48 business hours. There may be some instances that may delay the delivery of a product. In exceptional circumstances there may be a longer wait time than 30 days, but you will be notified when there are unusual circumstances or long delays. (TOP)
