UPS Only Ships to Street Addresses (No P.O. Boxes)
We Do Not Accept International orders including orders from Canada.
We will not sell items prohibited by any state, county or local law to our consumers (to the best of our ability). For your convenience we have created a “summary” of the places that we will not ship stun devices. Also, we are not legally able to sell stun devices to convicted felons.
IMPORTANT: It is the buyer’s responsibility, not the seller, to determine and abide by all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and/or use of any of the Completely Stunned products. Stun device laws are different for every state and or city / county and can change at any moment.
We at Completely Stunned try our best to stay informed of the current laws and regulations concerning all of our products (this is done for your convenience). However, please understand that Legal Issues change all the time and we are not always able to be 100% up-to-date with the laws in your area. Therefore, if you have any doubt as to the laws or regulations in your area or believe that our information might be out-of-date or incorrect, do your due diligence, and contact your local authorities for the current information.
SHIPPING COURIER
Most of our items are shipped out by UPS but there are instances where we will need to ship by FedEx or USPS. We will provide tracking numbers upon request.
SHIPPING COSTS
Stun Guns / Stun Batons:
SHIPPING IS FREE when you order is at least $125.00 from our website. If your order is less than $125.00, Shipping / Handling is a flat rate of $7.75 / Item (regardless of weight).
Holsters / Accessories / Batteries:
Shipping / Handling is a Flat Rate of $6.95 / Item.
CONFIRMATION
Once your order is submitted, you will receive a purchase confirmation via email. A Tracking Number will be sent to you upon request via e-mail. If for any reason there will be a delay, you will be notified as soon as possible.
ADDRESS CORRECTION POLICY
It is VERY IMPORTANT that we receive a complete and accurate address for your orders because UPS charges us a $6.00 fee for an incomplete or wrong address shipped by ground and a $12.00 fee for an incomplete or wrong address shipped by air. We don’t want to but we are forced to pass the charges on to you for these mistakes. When entering your address on the purchase screen double check your shipment address; and make sure that your street address (with any apartment or suite number), city, and zip code are correct and complete. Thank you.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping times vary with your distance from our distribution center in Winterville, NC. Once your payment has been verified and received, your item will normally be shipped out within 24-48 business hours. The map below shows an average shipping time to your location using UPS Regular Ground (note: that Saturdays and Sundays are not included). We will send you an email as soon as we have verified that your item has left our warehouse.
